1. The E-Bike can be insured for damage as a paid option, if the insurance is not taken the Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period.
2. The E-Bike is not insured for loss or theft, the Renter is responsible if the E-Bike is lost or stolen during the rental period. In the event of any damage, loss or theft, the Lessor must immediately notify the Renter.
3. Wearing a helmet is MANDATORY outside of Urban areas. Helmets are available for rent if required.
4. The Lessor assumes no liability for damage to the E-Bike or any additional costs incurred.
5. If the E-Bike is not returned on the allocated return date, before the Lessor closes, or is not ready for collection at the pre-agreed date, time and location, a new daily rental fee will be charged.
6. If an E-Bike is reserved and not picked up, there will be no refund.
